1. Select outlet

For blood screening and flu vaccination: choose State, City, and outlet. Only locations with open dates (Octopus status 1 — recruiting customers) appear. You can also search by outlet name.

2. Select event date

After you pick an outlet, choose an available session date and time from the calendar list.

3. Fill up details

Enter CarePass member name, mobile number, and IC or passport. Optional remark and coupon code.

4. WhatsApp outlet

Submit to open WhatsApp with your redemption request. The outlet confirms your booking when they reply.

Other CarePass benefits may use a different flow (walk-in, preferred date, or external app).

Common questions before you redeem

Do I need to activate CarePass before redeeming?

Yes. Please activate your CarePass membership first so your benefit can be verified by the outlet or service team.

Why do some services show event sessions while others ask for a preferred date?

Vaccination and blood test services usually follow available event sessions. Physio and audiology services collect your preferred date so the centre can arrange a suitable appointment.

Can I choose only a state when finding outlets?

Yes. Selecting a state shows all eligible outlets in that state. Selecting a city narrows the results further.

Is my booking confirmed immediately after WhatsApp opens?

No. The WhatsApp message sends your redemption request. Please wait for the outlet or centre to reply and confirm availability.
