For Ph. RL Then, CarePass did not begin as a campaign. It began at the pharmacy counter, with someone ALPRO teams see every day. Aunty Mei walked in with a small note: flu jab, sugar check, blurry eyes. After everything was explained, she quietly said, “Maybe next time.” It was not because she did not care. She had to choose between doing everything her health needed, or only what she could afford that day. The ALPRO team saw how often people delay screenings, skip follow-ups and avoid care because healthcare feels fragmented, expensive and complicated.
That was when one simple question emerged:
What if affordable healthcare didn’t have to be chosen piece by piece?
