Start with the CarePass service you want to redeem. Some benefits open a booking flow here, while selected benefits redirect to a dedicated app or detail page.
Use state, city, search, or nearest ALPRO outlets to find a participating pharmacy, clinic, physio centre, audiology centre or optical partner.
The page prepares your redemption message with service, outlet, date or walk-in details, and member information so the team can confirm the next step.

Yes. Selecting a state shows all eligible outlets in that state. Selecting a city narrows the results further.
No. The WhatsApp message sends your redemption request. Please wait for the outlet or centre to reply and confirm availability.
