Before you start

Have your activated CarePass, member name, HP number, IC/passport number and coupon code ready.

How booking works

Select a benefit, choose an outlet or centre, then WhatsApp the prepared redemption message for confirmation.

1. Choose your benefit

Start with the CarePass service you want to redeem. Some benefits open a booking flow here, while selected benefits redirect to a dedicated app or detail page.

2. Pick a location

Use state, city, search, or nearest ALPRO outlets to find a participating pharmacy, clinic, physio centre, audiology centre or optical partner.

3. Confirm by WhatsApp

The page prepares your redemption message with service, outlet, date or walk-in details, and member information so the team can confirm the next step.

Redemption Types

Different benefits use different confirmation paths.

Check the label on each benefit card before continuing. Availability depends on outlet, service type and event schedule.

Event session Flu vaccination and essential blood test use preset event dates and times when available.
Preferred date Physio and audiology requests collect your preferred date before WhatsApp confirmation.
Walk-in Powerlife Optiseen redemption is listed as walk-in at participating outlets during available hours.
External step Optical screening, telemedicine and personal accident coverage use a dedicated booking link, app or benefit details page.

Common questions before you redeem

Do I need to activate CarePass before redeeming?

Yes. Please activate your CarePass membership first so your benefit can be verified by the outlet or service team.

Why do some services show event sessions while others ask for a preferred date?

Vaccination and blood test services usually follow available event sessions. Physio and audiology services collect your preferred date so the centre can arrange a suitable appointment.

Can I choose only a state when finding outlets?

Yes. Selecting a state shows all eligible outlets in that state. Selecting a city narrows the results further.

Is my booking confirmed immediately after WhatsApp opens?

No. The WhatsApp message sends your redemption request. Please wait for the outlet or centre to reply and confirm availability.
