CarePass is a preventive healthcare subscription programme designed to support access to selected healthcare services and promote early health awareness. It is not a medical insurance plan, hospitalisation plan, or emergency healthcare service, and does not provide indemnity or reimbursement for medical expenses.
1.1 CarePass is a preventive healthcare subscription programme powered by ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd (Company Registration No.: 1593739M / 202401047894), backed by ALPRO Group Malaysia.
1.2 The Programme is supported by the ecosystem of ALPRO Group Malaysia and its related entities under ALPRO Group, including participating healthcare providers, clinics, and service partners.
1.3 ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd acts as the Programme administrator and coordinator. Services may be delivered by employed or independent healthcare professionals, or third-party providers within the approved network.
1.4 All fees stated are subject to applicable taxes where acquired by law.
1.5 ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd reserves the right to revise pricing for future renewals.
For the purpose of these Terms:
2.1 "Member" refers to an individual who has successfully purchased, registered, and activated CarePass.
2.2 "Subscription / Programme" refers to the CarePass membership.
2.3 "Benefits" refer to healthcare services, access privileges, screenings, consultations, vouchers, discounts, or other entitlements provided under the Programme.
2.4 "Participating Providers" refer to ALPRO outlets, clinics, healthcare professionals, or approved partners delivering services under the Programme.
2.5 "Validity Period" refers to twelve (12) months from the date of Activation unless otherwise specified.
2.6 "Activation" refers to successful registration and commencement of membership/subscription usage and each card upon purchase requires activation within twelve (12) months before the card lapse.
3.1 The Programme is available to individuals residing in Malaysia.
3.2 Members must be aged eighteen (18) years and above at the time of registration.
3.3 Members are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.
3.4 ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify identity prior to granting access to any Benefits.
4.1 The Programme fee is RM99 nett per member per year unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Membership commences upon Activation and remains valid for twelve (12) months.
4.3 Benefits may only be accessed after Activation.
4.4 Membership shall automatically expire upon completion of the Validity Period.
4.5 Renewal is required to continue access to Benefits after expiry.
4.6 No pro-rated extension, carry-forward, rollover, or reinstatement of expired Benefits shall be allowed.
4.7 Upon successful subscription, the card will be delivered to your address or picked up in selected ALPRO’s premise. Each card will have twelve (12) months of period for activation, the card is automatically terminated if no activation happens.

5.4 ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific Benefit.

6.3 Failure to attend scheduled appointments may result in forfeiture of the Benefit.
6.4 Benefits not utilised within the Validity Period shall lapse automatically.

7.1 Benefits may be redeemed at participating premises with availability and location listed in CarePass information page, under the subsection of "Redeem".
7.2 Selected services may be available at specialised centres, including ALPRO Audiology, ALPRO Physio and ALPRO Optisaver.
7.3 Service availability may vary by location, state, and operational capacity.
7.4 Members are advised to confirm availability prior to visiting.
8.1 Services such as blood tests and vaccinations are provided based on scheduled appointments.
8.2 Walk-in requests or services outside scheduled arrangements are subject to availability.

9.2 Providers may decline or modify service(s) approach with proper justification and/or clinical reasoning. Providers may refer Members to other healthcare facilities for further procedures or assessments.
9.3 Screening results and consultations are provided for guidance only and do not constitute an absolute medical diagnosis.
9.4 Members are responsible for seeking further medical advice or procedure where necessary.
10.1 Common ailment consultations are limited to conditions suitable for community pharmacy or primary care management, run by ALPRO e-Pharmacy that is supported by registered medical practitioners.
10.2 Providers may refer Members to external medical services if the condition exceeds the scope of the Programme.
10.3 Any medications, products, or follow-up services may incur additional charges unless stated otherwise.
11.1 Any personal accident coverage included under the Programme is provided by a licensed third-party insurer.

A Member shall be considered a "No-Show" if the Member fails to attend a confirmed appointment or arrives more than fifteen (15) minutes after the scheduled time without prior notice.
ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd reserves the right to treat the scheduled Benefit as fully utilised or require rebooking subject to availability.
14.1 Members consent to the collection and use of personal data for Programme administration and service delivery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of opportunity and service dissatisfaction.
16.1 Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid for the Programme.
17.1 ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd reserves the right to amend the programme structure, benefits, participating providers and operational terms at any time.
17.2 Updates will be communicated via official channels where reasonably practicable.
18.1 ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for failure or delay in providing services due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to public health emergencies, pandemics, government restrictions, supply shortages, system downtime or workforce constraints.
18.2 In such circumstances, ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd reserves the right to reschedule, modify or suspend affected services or Benefits.
19.1 Membership may be suspended or terminated if misuse or abuse is detected, fraudulent activity is misuse or abuse is detected, fraudulent activity is suspected or terms are breached.
19.2 No refund shall be provided upon termination due to breach.
20.1 Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and registered mobile number.
20.2 ALPRO Health Sdn Bhd shall not be liable for unauthorized access or misuse arising from compromised devices or shared access.
20.3 Any redemption made through the registered account shall be deemed valid.
21.1 These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.
21.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
