CarePass is a premium healthcare pass. It is not medical insurance, nor are the included services meant for emergency use.
CarePass is available to individuals aged 18 and above in Malaysia who are seeking accessible, proactive healthcare support.

You may purchase CarePass at Alpro Pharmacy Outlets or our E-Commerce Platform at https://www.alpropharmacy.com/products/alpro-carepass-subscription-plan. Activation is done via the Alpro App using your activation code.
You are encouraged to activate your CarePass within 14 days of subscription. If not activated within 12 months, the CarePass will expire automatically. Your benefits will not be accessible until activation is completed.
Your CarePass is valid for 12 months from the date of activation.
Only one CarePass can be active per membership account at a time.
Yes, multiple purchases are allowed, but activation is limited per membership account.
Yes, certain services (e.g. blood tests, vaccinations, physiotherapy, hearing screening and optical screening) require a prior appointment to ensure availability. Book your appointment on our redemption page.
Walk-in is subject to availability. An RM5 handling fee may apply for unscheduled visits or special arrangements.
You may redeem selected benefits at Alpro Pharmacy outlets nationwide. However, specialized services such as hearing screening, physiotherapy, and optical screening are only available at designated Alpro Audiology, Alpro Physio, and Alpro Optisaver. We recommend checking service availability or booking in advance to ensure a smooth experience.
Each service is redeemable ONCE (1) per CarePass, except for the fixed minor ailment subscription, which allows multiple uses.
You can consult a doctor via the Alpro Clinic app for common minor conditions (e.g., flu, fever, cough, etc.), with medication included at RM29 per session (excluding delivery, if applicable). Services are subject to a doctor’s assessment and suitability.
Missed appointments may require rescheduling and, in some cases, the benefit may be considered utilized. Please reach out to your assigned outlet managing the appointment if rescheduling is required.
All services are subject to availability and professional assessment. Healthcare providers may modify, defer, or refer you to other services if needed.
Yes, additional services or upgrades can be arranged with a top-up, depending on availability.

No, benefits are fixed within the CarePass bundle and are non-exchangeable.
Unused benefits will expire after the validity period and are non-refundable and non-extendable.
CarePass benefits are generally not stackable with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
CarePass is a prepaid subscription and is non-refundable.
CarePass includes Personal Accident coverage of up to RM50,000, providing protection in selected situations such as accidental injury, fractures, coma, and ambulance-related support.
Claims are managed by a third-party insurer and are subject to their terms, conditions, and approval process. Coverage will be assessed based on the policy guidelines at the time of claim. Should you need to submit a claim, please contact AIG Customer Care at 1 800 88 8811 (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) or email AIGMYCare@aig.com for further assistance.
